East Imperial Yuzu Tonic 150ml

The only tonic water that uses ingredients sourced solely from Asia (that we know of anyway), East Imperial uses cinchona from Java. Based on a 1903 recipe, in addition to the quinine from the cinchona and cane sugar, the tonic also uses yuzu, an aromatic sweet citrus fruit with distinct zesty flavour, often described as a hybrid between a mandarin and a Meyer lemon. The yuzu brings a unique citrus brightness to the tonic. Recommended to be paired with traditional London dry gins.
