HOW DO THE SUBSCRIPTIONS WORK?
Once you sign up for a pre-paid 6 month subscription, we will send you the sets every two months commencing the first week of the month immediately following your payment.
With the 6 months subscription you will receive 3 boxes in total.
CAN I PAUSE OR CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION?
If you'd like to pause a pre paid subscription, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org - we can pause it for up to 2 shipments. We cannot cancel a pre paid subscription.
If you are uncertain about whether you will need to cancel a subscription, we suggest you sign up for a subscription on a recurring basis and pay every two months here
WHAT GINS DO YOU FEATURE?
We pick gins based on the flavour profile we are trying to highlight. We focus on small batch Australian gins however, from time to time, we do feature gins from other countries if we feel they will fit with the profile we are highlighting for the particular month. Each month, we will announce in advance the flavour profile of the gin.
BUT WHAT IF I ALREADY HAVE THE GIN? OR I'M WORRIED I MAY NOT KNOW THE GIN YOU FEATURE IN ANY GIVEN SET.
If you're a vast gin drinker, you are welcome to email us on email@example.com to find out what the featured gin is prior to purchase. However, if you have already tried the gin and did not like it, we encourage you to keep an open mind as the tonics included may change your mind about whether you would drink the gin in a G&T. And if you are worried about whether you will recognise the gin we feature, don't be! Part of the fun is in discovering new gins and how to drink them. We don't feature gins that we would not drink ourselves.
HOW MUCH GIN WILL I GET IN EACH SET?
Each box comes with a full sized bottle of gin, which will vary in size between 500ml to 700ml depending on the distillery. We do not re-bottle or repackage gins into smaller bottles for the box.
HOW MANY TONICS COMES IN EACH SET?
Each box comes with 5 different tonics. The tonic bottles will vary in size between 150ml to 250ml. We do not re-bottle or repackage tonics. We also include a "wild card" mixer in each box, which isn't necessarily a tonic water but is a mixer that is designed to make you think outside the box (figuratively speaking) when it comes to thinking what you could pair the gin with.
HOW DO YOU CHOOSE THE TONICS?
Based on what the gin's flavour profile is. We will pick 5 different tonics that we think will complement the gin in question, whether it is to highlight a particular botanical in the gin or based on how the distillery intended the gin to be paired. For that reason, we may repeat a particular tonic from time to time.

HOW MANY GIN & TONICS WILL I GET OUT OF EACH SET?
Depending on how generous you are with your pour when you are sampling the tonics and when you are making your drink, you should on average get 8-10 gin and tonics out of each set, plus 1-2 gin and mixer using the wild card mixer. That's on average about 9-12 drinks out of each set, enough for a very happy time!

Shipping is free for the tasting sets to any address within Australia
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We currently deliver within Australia only. If however, you wish to purchase a gift for someone living in Australia, please feel free to do so. All you have to do is nominate their delivery address in the checkout stages but please make sure you enter your billing address as being your overseas address to which your card is registered to. We suggest you include a note with the order to let us know it is a gift otherwise there may be a delay in the processing of your order whilst we verify your details for fraud purposes.
HOW LONG WILL MY DELIVERY TAKE TO ARRIVE?
We change the contents of the Gin & Tonic Tasting Sets every two months. Please check the description to find out the flavour profile of the gin that is currently being shipped.
Orders are normally despatched within 48 hours of cleared payment being made. Orders for those on a paid subscription are despatched in the first week of the month.
Current estimates for standard delivery times are as follows:
NSW - Between 3-5 working days
ACT/QLD/VIC - Between 3-7 working days
SA/WA/TAS - Between 5-10 working days
NT - Between 7-14 working days
The likelihood is that your order will arrive sooner than the above estimates however, this can vary from location to location and time of the year. There may also be certain periods around special occasions such as Christmas, Valentines Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day etc where you may experience some delays in your orders being received due to the volumes of parcels that are being processed and delivered by our shipping partners. If you need your order to arrive by a specific time or urgently (including same day for Sydney metro), please contact us before you place your order so we can work with you to accommodate any requests.
WHO DO YOU SHIP WITH?
We currently use the services of Fastway, Couriers Please and Australia Post. Depending on your delivery location, we will ascertain which of the delivery providers are best placed to ship your order in a timely and cost efficient way.
WHEN ARE DELIVERIES MADE? WHAT IF I'M NOT HOME?
All deliveries are made during business hours on the weekdays. We therefore ask that you nominate an address at which someone over 18 is available to sign for the parcel. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers at this time. If a parcel has to be re-delivered or delivered to a different address, you will be fully responsible for any re-delivery charges that may be levied by the delivery provider.
CAN I RETURN OR CANCEL AN ORDER?
Unless you are on a pre-paid subscription, you can cancel an order if it hasn't been despatched. Please contact us straightaway if that is the case. We do not offer returns unless the wrong item has been shipped to you or it is delivered damaged. Please ensure you take photos of your parcel upon delivery to forward to us so that we can process any refund or send out a replacement item appropriately.
